Seoul Green Cabbage (Eolgari Baechu, Put Baechu) Seeds
Seoul Green Cabbage (Eolgari Baechu 얼갈이 배추, Put Baechu 풋배추) are a Korean loose-head type cabbage with narrow light green leaves.
They are cool-season annuals that you can plant in spring or fall. Sow directly into fertile, well-drained soil in spring after last frost. Exposure to frost or prolonged temperatures below 50°F may result in bolting. Harvest at any stage.
Early harvest can be done in 3-4 weeks and full maturity will be 5-7 weeks. Plant close together and expect to thin it out after 3-4 weeks. It grows better when planted closer together at first and then thinned out later.
