How to grow and harvest Korean Young Radish Greens (Yeolmu) -
- Light - Full Sun
- Sow in spring (March/April) or in early fall (Mid August/September) for most zones that are similar to Korean weather (zone 7)
- Planting/Growing - you can spread out the seeds and cover lightly with soil or plant in a row at about 1/2 inch depth. Thin out as they grow.
- Prefers moist soil
- Harvest - harvest as early as 3 weeks up to about 5-6 weeks. Younger greens will be more tender.
