Korean Non-Head forming Spring Cabbage (Bomdong 봄동) is a hardy cabbage that grows through the winter in Korea.
Each Korean Spring Cabbage packet contains 4g seeds.
This cabbage is primarily used to make Geotjeori salads, kimchi and soups.
In Korea, Bomdong is mostly planted in the South Jeolla province due to milder winter temperatures. Bomdong is typically planted in September/October and harvested in early spring from Jan to March. It will withstand freezing temperatures up to -6 ℃ (21 ℉) but will stop growing at temperatures below that.
But I have grown them with success in California winter so it will be fine with milder temperatures but it's not fit to grow in hot summertime as it will bolt.

- Sow in fall (as long as winter doesn't get too COLD).
- Planting/Growing - you can sprinkle seeds in a row and thin them out as it grows. Or you can grow them as seedlings and transplant them into ground.
