Put Gochu or Korean Green Chili (Capscium Annuum) peppers are usually eaten fresh with ssamjang or added to stews, sauces or pickled.
This has around 1500 SHU(Scoville Heat Unit) that's similar to Jalapeno peppers in terms of spiciness but is thinner skinned but crunchy and slightly sweet when picked young.
Plants grow fast and are ready to harvest in 3 months.
